I Paid but It Says Trial

PhoneLeash licenses are tied to the forwarding destination (your email address or phone number). If you change that destination after purchase, the new destination isn't licensed yet, so the app reverts to Trial mode.

Example

Suppose you bought a license while forwarding to bob@myemail.com. Later, you switched to alice@myemail.com. The license still applies to bob@myemail.com — the new address is in Trial mode.

After 30 days the trial on the new address will end and PhoneLeash will pause.

How to Fix It

Email support@phone-leash.com from your purchase email and ask us to move the license to the new destination.

Please note: we ask that you not request more than two destination changes per year.
