Starting and Stopping Text Forwarding Remotely

You can pause and resume PhoneLeash without physically touching the phone, using a text or email command.

From Your Destination Phone

If you forward to a phone number, send a text from that destination phone to your PhoneLeash phone:

• start — resume forwarding
• stop — pause forwarding

From Your Email

If you forward to an email address, send an email from that email address to phoneleash@phone-leash.com with start or stop in the body.

If you have a single PhoneLeash install, you can leave the subject line blank. If you have multiple installs, include the device name in the subject so PhoneLeash knows which one to control.
