Keywords-Based Forwarding

You can choose which incoming messages get forwarded by specifying keywords. Only messages containing at least one of your keywords will be forwarded.

How It Works

  • Enter keywords separated by spaces
  • Matching is case-insensitive — capital and lowercase letters are treated identically
  • A message is forwarded if it contains any one of your keywords
  • If no keywords are set, all incoming messages are forwarded

Exact Phrases

Use quotes for exact, case-sensitive phrase matching. For example, "Apex Bank" will only match messages containing that exact phrase with that exact capitalization.

Examples

KeywordsIncoming MessageForwarded?
help ticket“I would like help with your product”Yes
help ticket“Hello how are you”No
help ticket“What is the status of my ticketsYes

Note: Keyword filtering applies to message content only. It does not filter based on the phone number of the sender. To filter by sender, use contacts-based forwarding instead.
