Keywords-Based Forwarding
You can choose which incoming messages get forwarded by specifying keywords. Only messages containing at least one of your keywords will be forwarded.
How It Works
- Enter keywords separated by spaces
- Matching is case-insensitive — capital and lowercase letters are treated identically
- A message is forwarded if it contains any one of your keywords
- If no keywords are set, all incoming messages are forwarded
Exact Phrases
Use quotes for exact, case-sensitive phrase matching. For example, "Apex Bank" will only match messages containing that exact phrase with that exact capitalization.
Examples
| Keywords | Incoming Message | Forwarded? |
|---|---|---|
help ticket | “I would like help with your product” | Yes |
help ticket | “Hello how are you” | No |
help ticket | “What is the status of my tickets” | Yes |
Note: Keyword filtering applies to message content only. It does not filter based on the phone number of the sender. To filter by sender, use contacts-based forwarding instead.
